    Frequently asked questions

    How much does it cost?+
    Pricing depends on configuration, term, volume and data center. Send us your requirements via the request form and we’ll reply with a quote within one business day.
    What is the minimum rental term?+
    One month. Longer terms come with better rates — contact us for a quote. GPU servers are also available on hourly billing.
    Can I buy out rented hardware?+
    Yes. Part of the rent you've paid is credited toward the buyout price. Terms are fixed in the contract upfront.
    Do you work with enterprises and the public sector?+
    We work with companies of any size under a standard contract, provide invoices and closing documents electronically, and take part in public tenders.
    What happens if a server fails?+
    Monitoring detects the fault automatically and an engineer starts work within 15 minutes. Parts are swapped from spares stocked in the same data center. SLA breaches are credited against your next invoice.
    Do you ship hardware to other regions?+
    Yes. For larger orders we also send engineers on site for installation and commissioning.
